| 우리는 서핑 슈트를 입고 추위와 외부 충격으로부터 몸을 보호합니다. 서핑 슈트는 네오프렌이라는 소재로 만들어집니다. 네오프렌은 석유를 기반으로 만든 합성고무입니다. 석유로 만들어지기 때문에 생산 과정에서 이산화탄소가 발생합니다. 바닷물과 햇빛을 받으며 수축 팽창하며 약 2년의 시간이 지나면 기능이 떨어지면서 사용자는 새 제품을 찾게 됩니다. | 결국 버려지는 서핑 슈트는 소각하면 유독성 기체인 염화수소가 나오고, 매립하면 오랜 시간 동안 없어지지 않습니다. 그렇기에 이 소재를 한 번 더 활용하고, 폐기물이 나오지 않게 하는 것은 자연에서 서핑을 즐기는 우리들의 숙제이자 의무입니다. |

SHIPPING & REFUND
<Shipping Information>
• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
• Orders are shipped on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
<Care Instructions>
• Hand wash cold, or wash separately on a gentle cycle.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not wring, iron, or tumble dry.
• To clean, gently wipe with a dry towel or soft cloth.
• Hang dry in a well-ventilated shade, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Do not dry near heat sources or under intense sunlight when wet.
• Color transfer may occur due to friction; avoid pairing with contrasting colors.
• Avoid carrying sharp or pointed objects.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperature and humidity.
<Returns & Exchanges>
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• If an item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or has been incorrectly shipped, PESCE will cover return shipping costs.
• For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
• Product colors may vary slightly depending on monitor and display settings.
✓ Eligible for Return/Exchange
• Within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Within 3 months of delivery (or within 30 days of discovering the issue) if the product is defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description/advertisement.
✓ Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
• Products whose value has significantly decreased due to use.
<Warranty & Repairs>
• Free repair service is available for manufacturing defects in fabric or stitching within one year of purchase.
• If repair is not possible, the item will be replaced with the same or an equivalent product.
• Warranty coverage applies only to defects caused by manufacturing errors.
