SUSTAINABILLITY & DETAILS
[Billi]
• Crafted from upcycled billiard cloth that has completed its life on the table.
• Made using the reverse side of the billiard cloth, resulting in a naturally fuzzy surface.
• Ball tracks, scratches, and signs of previous use are natural characteristics of the material and make each piece unique.
• Ball tracks and surface fuzz are inherent features of the material and are not considered valid reasons for exchange or return.
• Product images may not fully capture the unique texture, condition, and character of each upcycled material.
• Slight variations in color, texture, and overall condition may occur from one product to another.
• Some areas of the fabric may display natural color variations. These are inherent characteristics of upcycled materials and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
• Due to the nature of the material, color transfer may occur through friction, and some color bleeding may occur during washing.

• Made from recycled plastic bottles and production waste.
• Using recycled fabric helps reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
• Durable fabric and versatile colors for long-lasting, everyday use.
[白(백)]
• Made from raw, unbleached cotton.
• Natural cotton flecks, slub yarns, and subtle variations in color and texture are inherent characteristics of the fabric and are not considered defects.
• Because we use untreated cotton, each piece may vary slightly in appearance. Product images may not fully capture these natural characteristics.
• Color transfer may occur due to friction or when washed with other garments.

• Hand wash cold, or wash separately on a gentle cycle.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not wring, iron, or tumble dry.
• To clean, gently wipe with a dry towel or soft cloth.
• Hang dry in a well-ventilated shade, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Do not dry near heat sources or under intense sunlight when wet.
• Color transfer may occur due to friction; avoid pairing with contrasting colors.
• Avoid carrying sharp or pointed objects.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperature and humidity.
SHIPPING & REFUND
<Shipping Information>
• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
• Orders are shipped on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
<Refunds>
• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
<Returns & Exchanges>
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• If an item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or has been incorrectly shipped, PESCE will cover return shipping costs.
• For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
• Product colors may vary slightly depending on monitor and display settings.
